• The defendant has recently moved or is known to be evasive
• You want to increase the chances of successful personal service

In many situations, yes. Jail and prison serves in Texas often require:

• Advance coordination with the facility
• Check-in procedures and security screening
• Additional time on-site compared to a normal residential serve

We also offer notary services for jail / prison documents as an add-on when permitted by the facility. Because each location has its own rules, jail / prison work is typically quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Each standard service includes printing for the first 30 pages per defendant. This covers most civil packets such as petitions, citations, and exhibits.

If your packet is larger, extra pages are billed at our posted rate per page. You can always email a smaller, “service-copy” packet if you want to control printing costs.

You receive a signed, court-ready Return of Service / Proof of Service that includes:

• Defendant’s name and service location
• Date, time, and method of service
• Detailed notes when relevant (refusals, substituted service, etc.)
