By accessing this website, submitting documents, or purchasing services from LocateServe, you confirm that you:

- Have authority to act on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent; and

5. Service Requests & Orders
Service begins when we receive your documents, required information, and payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Standard service includes, unless otherwise specified:
- A set number of attempts per defendant/party;
- Attempts at varied times of day where practical;
- A signed Return of Service or non-service affidavit, as applicable.
We reserve the right to decline any service request that appears unlawful, unsafe, or outside our coverage or licensing parameters.
6. Timelines & Levels of Service
Routine, Rush, Same-Day, and Priority options are described on our website. These options reflect internal targets and general expectations, not guaranteed timeframes.
Unforeseen conditions (gated access, evasion, weather, traffic, etc.) may impact how quickly attempts can be made.
7. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All fees are due in advance unless we have a written agreement stating otherwise. You authorize LocateServe to charge the payment method you provide for the services requested.
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
- All sales are final;
- Service fees are non-refundable once attempts have begun;
- Additional fees may apply for extra attempts, extended travel, or special handling.
8. Non-Service & Additional Attempts
If, after the included number of attempts, service cannot be completed, we will provide a non-service affidavit or detailed notes upon request.
Additional attempts, scheduled attempts, stake-outs, or other special services may be available for an extra fee and will be quoted separately.
9. Returns of Service & Documentation
After service (or non-service), we will prepare a Return of Service or affidavit consistent with Texas standards. You are responsible for:
- Filing the Return of Service or affidavit with the appropriate court; and
- Confirming compliance with any judge-specific requirements.
10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and layouts, is owned by LocateServe or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent, except for limited personal or internal business use.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this website or our services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or court order;
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person;
- Misrepresent your identity or authority;
